Replacement Procedure: In cases where the product is damaged, Bhoomi wholesale will make every effort to replace the item with an identical or similar product of equal value. The replacement process will be initiated once the damage has been verified by our team.
Refund Procedure: If a replacement is not possible due to stock availability or any other reasons, Bhoomi wholesale will issue a refund for the damaged item. The refund will be processed within 2 weeks of the approval of the refund request.
Advika Creations reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
